Farber2024 visits The spectacular Bronx Zoo
Yesterday Farber2024, “me myself and I” went to The Bronx Zoo and what a spectacular place The Bronx Zoo is. The animals were fabulous, the workers terrific and the fellow zoo-goers, incredible. All in all, it was probably the best $35 Farber2024 has spent. For those who haven’t been to The Bronx Zoo recently, or maybe ever, I hope you enjoy some of these breathtaking pictures and videos. If you have time, check out The Bronx Zoo, an unbelievable mind changing, joyful, and thrilling place. I can’t wait for Faber2024 to have enough money to buy a membership so Farber2024 can make regular visits maybe quarterly and share the experiences with those who can not attend for some unfortunate reasons or maybe they just live too far like, near Oswego NY.
A couple of Special shout outs:
First, to the young gracious New York City high school students who were working at The Bronx Zoo yesterday. Their grace and youthful professionalism represent the best of NYC’s youth.
Second, to the two young women I met from Columbia University who had the courage to forge their own path and attend The Bronx Zoo on a day when others were doing well, other things.
Third, to an incredible young man, a rocket science engineer of sorts from Huntsville Alabama who is planning a trip to India to well of course to see and know India - no better reason than that.
and Fourth to Charles, a Ghanaian man I met on my journey from the Zoo to a Dominican restaurant recommended to me by one of the NYC high school student employees. Charles we still have an appointment to share $1.50 hot dogs and soda at the Costco in Astoria. You can buy a fishing pole and give it a try, but I’ll just enjoy the view, the company of all there and my unlimited refill.
